These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cirkcx ("cirkcx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://cirkcx.net and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the cirkcx Platform — including browsing content, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or accessing customer support — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or terms that govern individual games, promotions, tournaments, or payment methods available on the Platform.

cirkcx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all interpretations. Where a translated version exists for the convenience of users, any discrepancy between the English version and any translation shall be resolved in favour of the English version.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cirkcx Platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

Use of the cirkcx Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age to register and use the cirkcx Platform is 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are acting as the sole owner and beneficiary of your cirkcx account. You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cirkcx or had an account permanently closed by cirkcx for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of cirkcx or any of its game, payment, or technology providers.

Age Verification

cirkcx employs a rigorous age verification process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate date of birth information. Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, cirkcx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, which may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

Any account found — at any stage — to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All wagers placed will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source, less any amounts already withdrawn. In cases where minors have accessed the Platform through a registered adult's account, cirkcx may report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with its child protection obligations.

Geographic Restrictions

cirkcx primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players from certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing some or all services on the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of cirkcx complies with the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. cirkcx accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the Platform.

To access the full range of cirkcx services — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

Information Accuracy

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active cirkcx account. The one-account policy applies per person, per household, per device, and per IP address in cases where cirkcx has reason to believe multiple accounts are being operated by the same individual. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must notify cirkcx support immediately. cirkcx reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any bonus winnings generated through them.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cirkcx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers, withdrawals, and communications — will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact cirkcx support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cirkcx operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time during your membership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account withdrawals or account suspension.

Deposits

cirkcx accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your cirkcx account balance in real time in most cases, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. cirkcx does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your cirkcx account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. cirkcx reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cirkcx account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. cirkcx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours; Rocket withdrawals within 2–6 hours; and bank transfer withdrawals within 4–12 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Before processing your first withdrawal, cirkcx will conduct a full KYC identity verification check as described in Section 3. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at cirkcx's discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or unusual account activity.

Currency

All transactions on the cirkcx Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment is made in a different currency, cirkcx will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the player.

cirkcx offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and the IPL tournament. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by cirkcx are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 10x, 20x, or 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Real-money funds deposited to your account are always available for withdrawal regardless of any active bonus.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met before the validity period expires, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows: slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi (including roulette, blackjack, and baccarat) contribute 10% of each wager; sports betting wagers on odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; sports betting wagers on odds below 1.50 do not contribute to wagering requirements. cirkcx reserves the right to update contribution rates with reasonable notice.

Bonus Abuse

cirkcx operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and the account permanently closed.

Modification and Cancellation

cirkcx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is cancelled after a player has already partially completed the wagering requirement, cirkcx will honour a pro-rated portion of any associated winnings at its discretion.

Sports Betting

cirkcx offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. All betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, which are available within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and any sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. cirkcx reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing error — including palpable odds errors — cirkcx reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Decisions on void bets due to pricing errors are final.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting is available on selected markets. Live odds change rapidly and cirkcx operates a brief delay between bet submission and confirmation to account for data latency. Bets accepted during this window are settled at the odds confirmed at acceptance. Any bet placed after an event has concluded — due to data feed delays or technical issues — will be voided and the stake returned.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the cirkcx Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are operated under the terms and rules set by their respective providers. These games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. cirkcx is not responsible for technical malfunctions arising from a game provider's software; in such cases, the affected game provider's resolution policy will apply.

Interrupted Games

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a disconnection, system error, or technical fault, cirkcx will make all reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, stakes placed on incomplete rounds will be returned to the player's account. cirkcx is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. For cricket, this includes the official results published by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Results declared by official sources will be treated as final for settlement purposes, even if subsequently reversed on appeal, unless cirkcx determines otherwise in its reasonable discretion.

As a registered player on the cirkcx Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and agree to abide by the following obligations at all times.

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout the duration of your account membership.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Notify cirkcx support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all funds deposited into your cirkcx account originate from legitimate sources and are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin.
• Use the Platform only from a device and network connection that you own or are authorised to use.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations that govern your use of online gambling services.
• Make use of responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling habits are becoming problematic.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cirkcx Platform:

• Fraudulent activity: including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks following withdrawal, or any attempt to deceive cirkcx or its payment partners.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer game, or betting market.
• Use of automated software: including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system not explicitly authorised by cirkcx.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: exploiting differences in odds across markets specifically to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, in a manner that abuses the cirkcx bonus or promotional system.
• Account selling or sharing: selling, transferring, or sharing your cirkcx account with any other person is strictly forbidden.
• Hacking or interference: attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the cirkcx Platform, its software, databases, or infrastructure.
• Money laundering: using the cirkcx Platform to launder funds of any criminal or illicit origin. cirkcx cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Harassment: using the cirkcx live chat, email, or any other communication channel to harass, threaten, or abuse cirkcx staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above obligations or prohibited conduct rules will result in one or more of the following actions at cirkcx's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, recovery of any funds paid out in connection with the prohibited activity, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Suspension by cirkcx

cirkcx reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if cirkcx reasonably suspects that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place wagers, or request withdrawals. cirkcx will endeavour to notify the affected player by email as soon as reasonably practicable and to resolve the matter promptly.

Permanent Closure by cirkcx

cirkcx may permanently close a player account in the event of a confirmed breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, collusion, use of prohibited software, or money laundering. Upon permanent closure for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach, and cirkcx's decision in this regard shall be final.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cirkcx account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cirkcx will process the request within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion, via the cirkcx responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform, receive promotional communications, or create a new account. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a duplicate account constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cirkcx will notify you by email before applying any dormant account policy. cirkcx reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached, until the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Dormant accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cirkcx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. cirkcx provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the cirkcx Platform shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which cirkcx operates. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact cirkcx support in writing at [email protected] to seek resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.
